NH Research 9510-300 Regenerative Grid Simulator

The high-performance NH Research 9510-300 Regenerative Grid Simulator is intended for grid-tied application testing and verification, especially in high-power settings. Because it has an integrated power amplifier mode, it is perfect for Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) simulations, which are particularly helpful for advanced testing carried out in research labs. The 9510 amplifies control signals from real-time simulation systems and offers external controllability via low-latency, per-phase analog input, guaranteeing optimal flexibility and accuracy in PHIL simulations.

By utilizing user-defined wave shapes and macros that have already been implemented, this regenerative grid simulator can replicate a variety of power line disruptions, including Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) test patterns. With the use of an intuitive interface, these sequences may be quickly set up and precisely controlled to produce output changes that occur both during and between cycles. A variety of grid-related testing situations can benefit from the 9510-300's capability.

The 9510's sophisticated digital measurement technology makes conformity testing with standards like IEEE1547.1 or UL1741 easier. These tests would often require specialized software and a large amount of data collecting. To assure grid standard compliance and speed up the measuring process, the 9510 lets customers customize event lists and automatically reports cycle numbers and important time points.
